Grooming

Assistance with ambulation/transferring

A Companion or a Homemaker will assist consumers with the following activities:

  • Housekeeping
  • Eating and meal preparation
  • Arranging for transportation to and from appointments

Direct Care Worker

We provide your patients with the assistance needed to avoid preventable exacerbation of their cardiac conditions. The agency will provide a health care worker that will:

  • Reminding to follow medical regimen instructions
  • Monitoring vital signs and weights
  • Assistance with ADLs if the patient is weak
  • Medication reminders
  • Assist with management of potential side effects associated with the treatment regimen
  • Remind to keep MD and lab appointments
